kofel Studio: the beta is open
We built kofel Studio to run our own studio — ERP, CRM, projects, and time tracking with an AI co-pilot. It works, so we're opening the beta and looking for a few like-minded teams to grow it with us.
Here’s the honest version: we didn’t set out to sell software. We set out to run our own studio without five browser tabs and a spreadsheet holding it together. So we built the tool we wanted — kofel Studio — and we’ve been running the whole place on it for months.
It works. We keep our projects, time, leads, quotes, and invoices in it every day, and the AI co-pilot actually reads that data instead of the internet. Because it’s the thing we depend on, we tend to it like our own house — not a product we ship and forget.
That’s exactly why we’re opening it up. kofel Studio is in open beta, and we’re looking for a few like-minded teams to grow it with us.
We’re not chasing a thousand signups. We’d rather welcome a handful of studios, agencies, and small teams whose work rhymes with ours — projects, clients, hours, invoices — into the same CRM we use, and build the thing together. You get a tool that’s already load-bearing; we get people who’ll tell us where it bends. When you ask for something, you’re not filing a ticket into the void — you’re shaping software the makers use themselves.
What’s in it today:
- Projects & Kanban — budget, timeline, and tracked hours per project; a board that moves tasks from backlog to done.
- Time tracking, kindly — start a timer or log it later, marked billable and billed, per person and project. No silent surveillance.
- Leads → quotes → invoices — a pipeline with value and probability; a won lead becomes a quote, an approved quote becomes an invoice.
- CRM that remembers — customers, contacts, meeting notes, and files in one place.
- Finances in view — expenses, balance report, and per-project profitability.
- A co-pilot that read your data — it answers from your projects, invoices, and notes, not from the web.
It’s still a beta. Some edges are rough, and we’d rather you find them with us than after launch. Everything is EU-hosted.
